Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All fees paid toward courses, training programs, workshops, or certifications at VLCC Institute Chrompet are non-refundable.
This policy supports academic planning, batch allocation, trainer scheduling, and resource management.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Admission / Registration charges

  • Course fees (full or partial)

  • Examination or assessment fees

  • Study materials or digital access fees

  • Uniform or toolkit fees (if applicable)

  • Any promotional or discounted fee

Once a student enrolls, their training seat is reserved and resources are allocated; hence refunds cannot be processed.

3. Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only under rare circumstances:

a) Batch Cancellation by VLCC

If VLCC Institute Chrompet permanently cancels a batch and cannot provide an alternative batch or timing, a refund may be processed.

b) Duplicate / Technical Payment

If a duplicate payment occurs during online fee submission, a refund may be issued after verification.

c) Course Not Started (Before Batch Allotment)

If a student requests cancellation before the batch start date and has not attended any orientation or class, the case may be reviewed at management discretion.
Approval is not guaranteed and is based on administrative evaluation.

4. No Refund Conditions

Refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Student changes their mind after batch commencement

  • Student attends even one class or session

  • Student cannot continue due to personal reasons (health issues, relocation, job changes, family matters, lack of interest, etc.)

  • Student is dissatisfied with course difficulty, speed, or teaching style

  • Student misses classes or examinations

  • Requests for adjusting fees to another course

  • Refund claims on discounted or promotional admissions

5. Course Freezing / Batch Transfer

a) Batch Transfer

Students may request a batch transfer once, subject to:

  • Seat availability

  • Trainer schedule

  • Management approval

b) Course Hold Option

Students may request to pause or hold their course for valid reasons.
Approval and allowed duration depend on institute policy.
No refund will be provided as part of batch transfer or hold options.

6. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund request is approved by management:

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

  • Refund will be issued only to the original payment method

  • Administrative charges may be deducted

  • Cash refunds will not be provided

7. Important Notice for Skill-Based Courses

VLCC Institute Chrompet offers practical, skill-based training. Learning pace may vary from student to student.
Therefore:

  • Refunds cannot be claimed for quality, performance improvement, or personal expectations

  • Outcomes depend on a student’s practice, consistency, and attendance

VLCC Institute Chrompet does not guarantee jobs or income. Placement support is provided as per policy but is not refundable.

8. Management Rights

VLCC Institute Chrompet reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests

  • Revise the refund policy without prior notice

  • Make final decisions on disputes

All management decisions are final and binding.
